COSMIC 87.6 FM is a transmission and a story. VAEL is a character, and the satellite, the shows and everything aboard belong to the story. How a transmission is made is a station secret; nothing on this site is a statement about it.
Instruments. Like any studio, ours plays instruments old and new, AI tools among them, always under human direction. No real person's voice or likeness is imitated. This note follows the EU AI Act's transparency provisions for artistic work, and releases carry whatever labels each platform asks for. COSMIC 87.6 FM is an internet station. It is not a licensed broadcaster and does not transmit on 87.6 FM or any radio frequency.

For anything else, ask us first. We usually say yes to fans and creators who ask.
No text and data mining. We expressly reserve all rights in our works against text and data mining and the training of AI systems, including under Article 4(3) of EU Directive 2019/790. Our robots.txt carries the same reservation in machine-readable form.
Names and trademarks of other companies (such as BandLab) belong to their owners. We're not affiliated with or endorsed by them.
Send us a message (see Contact) with: who you are and how to reach you, the work you own, the page or track on our station, and a statement that you believe in good faith the use isn't authorized and that your message is accurate. We'll remove or disable the material promptly while we review it, and reply to you. If we removed something of ours by mistake, we'll restore it and let you know why.
Who is responsible. The operator of COSMIC 87.6 FM is the controller of the data described here. Reach us through the contact route at the bottom of this page for any privacy request.
What we collect. Only what you type into the sign-up form: your email address and, if you choose, your first name. A hidden anti-spam field must stay empty; it collects nothing about you.
Why, and on what basis. To send you station emails you asked for. We rely on your consent: you confirm it twice (you sign up, then click the confirmation email). You can withdraw it any time with the unsubscribe link in every email.
Who handles it. Our email list is run by MailerLite (a processor bound by data processing terms, with EU data protection safeguards for transfers), which stores your address on our behalf and sends our emails. We don't sell, rent or share your information with anyone else, and we don't use it for advertising.
What we don't do. This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics, ad trackers or tracking pixels.
What stays on your device. The site remembers your last show and whether shuffle is on, using your browser's local storage. That never leaves your device; clearing your browser data removes it.
Services your browser talks to. To work, the page loads things from a few providers, and like any website they receive your IP address and basic browser details when it does: our web host and security provider (Cloudflare), our font provider (Google Fonts), our music hosting and player partners (such as BandLab), and our email provider (MailerLite, when you sign up). Their own privacy policies apply to that data.
How long we keep it. While you're subscribed. If you unsubscribe or ask us to delete your data, we remove you from the list; MailerLite may keep a minimal record that you unsubscribed so you're never emailed again.
Your rights. Wherever you live, you can ask to see the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it or take a copy. If you're in the EU or UK, you also have the right to object and to restrict processing, our legal basis is your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)), and you can complain to your local data protection authority. US state privacy laws give similar rights where they apply. We don't sell or "share" personal information as California law defines it.
Kids. The station isn't aimed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information. If you think a child signed up, tell us and we'll delete it.
Changes. If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top, and if the change matters, we'll tell subscribers by email first.
By using the site you agree to these terms. The station is offered as it is, for listening and enjoyment, without warranties of any kind; streams can drop and pages can change. To the fullest extent the law allows, COSMIC 87.6 FM isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses from using the site or the services it links to. Links to other sites are for convenience; their terms apply there. Don't attack, overload or scrape the site. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law where you live. We may change, pause or remove anything on the station, including these terms, at any time; the date at the top shows when they last changed, and using the station after a change means you accept the new version. If we don't enforce a term right away, we haven't waived it. If any part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies. These terms, the privacy policy and anything we agree with you in writing are the whole agreement about the site.
